My web presence, I have two major networks that I use: Facebook and Twitter. Both are basically used for the same thing, I update my moods and statuses like any other networking ordeal. There might be an occasion that I meet new people, but so far, I like to update what I am doing. The only statement I am doing towards the web is that I am not using it in the wrong way as intended. I created a Facebook and Twitter because I wanted to keep up with my friends. At the time, I made it because I wanted to post new default pictures every day. I was considered a Facebook-holic. I have many images on my Facebook because I take so many pictures of random things such as myself, my niece, my family and my friends. I have nothing to be ashamed of on Facebook because I speak of truth and I do not have any wrong images portrayed on these websites. Images represent one thing and that is to show the world of who you are. Pictures are not meant to be kept personal, but shared. Facebook and Twitter is a shared place where people meet and get along. Some images can be more appealing than another, depending on what types of images are shown. Facebook was first brought up to be a social network where people met new people. Now, it is also used as a dating service. My shared values are just quotes I put up in my information, or my status updates of how I view the world. Some statuses are more different than the other, but my Facebook and Twitter are for myself. My web presence should have no shame towards because I use it properly, I have nothing to hide. There might be an ugly picture here and there, but my words are what describe me. If Facebook and Twitter does not get destroyed as a networking service, then yes I will continue using it because I still want to catch up with friends and upload more pictures.
